Replacement Policies

1. Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement if the item you received meets one of the following conditions:

  • Defective Product: The product has a manufacturing defect that makes it unfit for use.
  • Incorrect Product: The item delivered does not match the product ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or style).
  • Damaged Product: The product has been damaged during shipping or has visible defects upon receipt.
  • No product will be replaced under the clause of “do not like the item” as you made the choice and purchased it.

Note: Personalized or custom-made jewelry or apparel may not be eligible for replacement unless there is a defect or error in customization.


2. Time Frame for Requests

Replacement requests must be made within 10 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 10 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement.


3. How to Request a Replacement

If you believe your product is eligible for replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at cornerstraight@gmail.com or call us at +91-9175128432. Provide your order number, details about the product issue, and any supporting evidence such as photos of the damaged or defective product.
  2. Return the Product: We may ask you to return the item before we process the replacement. If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid return label for you. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and unused condition.
  3. Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and determine whether it qualifies for a replacement based on our policy. If approved, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible.

4. Condition of Return Items

To qualify for a replacement, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, jewelry returns will only be accepted if the item is defective or damaged and not if it has been worn.

Please note: Any item returned in a condition other than described above may not be eligible for replacement.


5. Non-Eligible Products for Replacement

Certain items may not be eligible for a replacement under our policy, including but not limited to:

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective or damaged).
  • Personalized or custom-made items, except in cases of defects or errors made during customization.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered by the customer.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents.

6. Shipping and Handling Costs

  • If the replacement is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
  • If the replacement is requested for reasons other than damage or error (e.g., incorrect size chosen by the customer), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • In both cases, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.

7. Replacement Process

Once we have received the returned item and it meets our conditions for replacement, we will process and ship your replacement order within 10 business days. Depending on stock availability, we will send you either:

  • The same item as the original order, or
  • A similar item of equal value if the original product is out of stock.

8. Refunds

If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or other issues, we will replace it with another item of your choice.
